Mindfulness Hacks for Stressed Dukes

Tired of feeling stressed out, anxious or worried? Having trouble focusing on the present when the future always seems to be looming so closely? Maybe a mindfulness practice could help. Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we?re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what?s going on around us. This practice is becoming increasingly popular among those of us with a go-go-go lifestyle looking for a new way to enjoy life in the now. In this program, you will learn some easy and useful mindfulness tricks to manage stress and stay focused throughout your busy semester.
